SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

In-stock orders ship within 24 hours from when the order was placed (or next business day).

We ship via USPS (1-3 items/lbs.) and UPS (4 lbs+) to 48 Continental U.S. States. We ship via USPS Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.

PREORDERS:

PREORDERS - Paypal will capture our funds right away.  If you combine in-stock and preorder items, your order will not ship until all items are in-stock.  All Pre-orders are subject to availability. Product is shipped immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer delays.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged from either USPS or UPS please contact us immediately. We will put in a claim for your packaged and either issue a refund or a replacement. All claims must be made within 7 days from when the package was delivered. If you contact us after 7 days we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. We sell our items as collectibles to keep in the package. If you open your collectible and it breaks or is defective we are not responsible-you need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

FACTORY SEALED CASES:

There are no returns on factory sealed cases. Our cases come direct from the manufacturer and usually contain a factory seal. There is no guarantee as to the player selection or condition of the figures packaging inside. Typically condition is not a problem—even if the box shows wear. Player selection varies but typically you get one complete set and possibly one variation or chase figure. All factory sealed cases are shipped double boxed and we only ship cases that show no damage.
